Hello and welcome to our web site! I'm Dan Fowler, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Fort Bragg, California. My family and I began our ministry here in January of 2003. I hope that this site helps you to know more about our congregation, its mission and ministries both locally and globally.

Clearly, our future includes children and their families. Our Little Lambs Preschool reaches a large number of families in the Fort Bragg/Mendocino area. Children are an important part of this community, and we seek new ways to support the youth of this town through fellowship and youth activities. We have both a bilingual children’s ministry, led by our commissioned lay pastor, Martha Lopez, and a weekly youth ministry for grades 6-12.

Our future also includes men, women and children who have come to this community from south of the borders of North America...our Latino brothers and sisters. Through Martha’s ministry and outreach to Hispanic children, our community attests to our openness and commitment to these brothers and sisters in Christ. We are blessed and enriched by their presence among us. Most clear of all is our commitment to joyful worship and praise each Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Together we praise God, hear God's Word, and share in common prayer. New styles of music and local musicians help us worship God.

I hope that you and your family will seek the Lord in our midst. Our hope and expectation is that when you do, God's Spirit will welcome and touch you. I invite you to worship and participate in programs and opportunities you find here.
